PROJECTUM CERT ®, as the owner of the website www.projectumcert.com, outlines in this section the terms and conditions for the acquisition of its online courses and exams supported on its own virtual campus. It also covers access to its publications, links to webinars, and/or other pages of interest related to project management, agile, scrum, AI, and any other topics that may be added.

THE PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS TO INFORM USERS ABOUT THE GENERAL CONDITIONS, COMMITMENTS, AND OBLIGATIONS THAT THEY ACCEPT WHEN BROWSING THE WEBSITE WWW.PROJECTUMCERT.COM, PURCHASING OR REGISTERING FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH IT.

SECOND: PURPOSE
The website www.projectumcert.com allows users to:
2.1. Purchase online courses or exams to acquire knowledge in various categories such as project management, agile, scrum, AI, and any others that may be added.
2.2. Learn about experiences or testimonials from other users regarding our products.
2.3. Stay informed about updates to our products.
2.4. Register for specific services: attend webinars (both free and paid), receive job offers according to their professional profile, and receive a newsletter.

THIRD: REGISTRATION
3.1 You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and will relate to you and not to a third party.
3.2 You will maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it as necessary.
3.3 You will keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your password and account.

FOURTH: VALIDATION SERVICES AND EXAMS
4.1 Description of Services:
These services include enrollment in online courses, online exams, scheduling of those exams, and receiving certifications upon passing the exams.
4.2 Requirements and Conditions for Exam Participation:
Users must meet the eligibility prerequisites specified for each exam.
Exams must be completed within the assigned 3-month period.
4.3 Exam results will be provided within 48 hours after the exam is completed. PROJECTUM CERT ® will contact the user via email indicating the next steps.

FIFTH: USER OBLIGATIONS
5.1 The user agrees to act with respect to others, and it is understood that inappropriate words, gestures, or offensive language (verbal or written) are not permitted.
5.2 It is considered illegal to use the contents and images developed by PROJECTUM CERT ® for illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Pyramid schemes, resale, phishing, spreading defamatory content, pornography, spam activities that disturb other users, or any other content that violates the law or damages the image of PROJECTUM CERT ®.
  5.3 The user is not authorized to resell, distribute, or share, even for free, licenses, questions, content, designs, templates, courses, or any other material, in whole or in part, offered by PROJECTUM CERT ®.

SIXTH: DISCLAIMER
6.1 PROJECTUM CERT ® provides an online study platform for its students and is not responsible for the personal use each user makes of it or the information obtained from its use, nor for any comments or content they may upload to the platform and share with others. It is also not responsible for any comments provided in any of the services offered.
6.2 The user acknowledges and accepts the possibility of technical issues beyond PROJECTUM CERT ® that may affect the operation of the courses on the various digital platforms used. The user accepts that, under circumstances related to maintenance, security, network capacity, and/or those outside of our control, such as internet outages, hacking, loss of webinar recordings, power surges, and others that may cause minimal errors or temporary interruptions in service, their consequences and responsibility cannot be attributed to PROJECTUM CERT ®. However, we are committed to ensuring the proper functioning of the virtual platform and its products at all times.
6.3 The content and information on the website www.projectumcert.com do not constitute opinions, advice, or legal counsel of any kind, as it is merely a service offered for informational and educational purposes.

SEVENTH: CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
7.1 PROJECTUM CERT ® reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the products or services offered, including but not limited to: syllabi, brochures, study programs, prices, course names, exam names, and exam questions, as long as it does not compromise the quality of the products and services offered.
7.2 Notification of Changes:
The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated with an updated “Revision” date, and the updated version will become effective as soon as it is available. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed about updates. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of such changes.

EIGHTH: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Any act of transmission, distribution, assignment, reproduction, storage, or public communication, in whole or in part, must be authorized by PROJECTUM CERT ®. The texts, images, exam questions, graphics, sounds, animations, software, licenses, and other content included on the website www.projectumcert.com and the virtual platform are the exclusive property of PROJECTUM CERT ® and should not be disclosed.
8.2 The material provided by PROJECTUM CERT ® to the user in any of its forms (digital, printed, or physical) is personal and non-transferable. Its content is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, photocopying, and/or distribution, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited, as is profiting from it.

NINTH: SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION POLICIES
9.1 The service will be canceled for users who share their credentials granted by PROJECTUM CERT ® to access the course or online exams on the virtual platform with third parties.
9.2 The service will be automatically canceled for users who share, spread, or record videos, materials, or exam questions illicitly with third parties.
9.3 Users who violate the conduct rules in Clause 5.1 will have their service canceled.
9.4 If you provide false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, we may suspend or cancel your account.

TENTH: REFUND POLICIES
10.1 For online courses or exams, no refunds will be issued once the full purchase is made, understanding that the user has made the necessary inquiries regarding the course or online exam. The user will have the option to change the course or online exam for another one of their interest within the portfolio of products we offer. If the selected product is more expensive, the user will pay the difference.

ELEVENTH: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 Applicable Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
11.2 Jurisdiction:
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida to resolve any disputes arising from your use of the Site or Services.
